LHS Project Meeting Schedule Update
Town staff and the design team are currently working on a finalized detailed cost estimate for the LHS project. Due to the volume and detailed nature of the plans, the cost-estimating team needs more time for this work. This additional time requires an adjusted schedule for several meetings that follow completion of the new cost estimate. The new meeting times are listed below (or see Dr. Hackett’s communication on the revised meeting schedule):

July 31, 6:00 pm - Permanent Building Committee (PBC): Agenda and Zoom link
This meeting will include the first presentation of the new LHS project cost estimates.

At this meeting the SBC will consider a vote to accept the Schematic Design submission that will be sent to the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA).
All of these meetings are open to the public and can be attended in person or remotely via Zoom. All agendas, which include location and Zoom details, are posted on the SBC Meetings page in advance. Meetings are recorded for future viewing for anyone interested but unable to attend.
